Fresh Kielbasa

Smoked Kielbasa

Smoked Kielbasa

Place fresh kielbasa in glass pan, or baking sheet, with just enough water to cover the bottom. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes (uncovered for browning, or cover for less) Flip kielbasa over and continue to bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven once kielbasa is cooked to 160 degrees


Cut and serve with your favorite side dishes!

Smoked Kielbasa

Remove sausage from packaging and place in single layer on rimmed cookie sheet. Place in the oven uncovered at 350, for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until sausage reaches internal temperature of 160 degrees.


Optional: Enjoy cold, or serve on a charcuterie board!

Optional: Add sliced smoked kielbasa to your favorite sauerkraut recipe!

To reheat, place cabbage rolls in a baking dish in the oven at 350, or in the microwave.


Complete this meal with one of our ready prepared side dishes or salads!

THAW OVERNIGHT


Heat butter to bottom of pan and add pierogis. Place on low heat and cover for approximately 25 minutes, or till heated through, flipping halfway. 


Delicious with sour cream, apple sauce. Try a jelly to pair with the sweet cheese pierogies!

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes (or until the outside is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees) on baking sheet



Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, or just as delicious as is!

FROM FROZEN - DO NOT BOIL


Heat butter to bottom of pan and add dumplings. Place on low heat and cover for approximately 20-25 minutes, or till heated through, stirring occasionally.


Top with caramelized onions, or a sauce or gravy of your choice. The options are endless!

Place frozen pelmeni in pot of boiling water. Once floating, boil for an additional 3 minutes, then remove and strain.


Serve warm with sour cream, butter, vinegar, or sauce of your liking!

FROM FROZEN


Conventional or toaster oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet, or aluminum foil, and heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.


Skillet: Heat frozen pancakes at medium setting (300 degrees F) with a little oil or cooking spray for approximately 5 minutes on each side.

To reheat, lightly coat pan with butter or cooking spray, and add crepes. Place on low heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes each side, or until heated throughout. 


Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar and you've got yourself breakfast and dessert!
